Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:
Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. If you wish to be contacted with the total of your order prior to shipping you must make the request in the comments box during the checkout process.

United States

​

  • All orders are subject to shipping charges. There is a minimum $25 order. We will choose the best and most cost-effective way to ship your products.

  • FedEx is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed FedEx size or weight limits, "Truck Delivery" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

  • For truck delivery on items that require extra shipping and handling charges, drivers will usually only provide tailgate delivery (the driver will bring the merchandise to the tailgate of the truck, but won't assist you in bringing the merchandise inside).

  • We also offer specialized freight delivery services. If you request these services, you'll receive more information about these special deliveries and their charges before your order is shipped. If your order requires extra shipping and handling charges, a BSR Superstore Representative will call you to confirm the charges.

  • Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Alaska by ground are subject to the carrier’s normal delivery time. You can always choose to expedite your order next or second-day air with additional costs. However, The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts orders containing hazardous materials from being shipped by air.

 

International

  • Shipment outside the continental United States (including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Alaska) is subject to the international carrier's shipping rate. Due to high costs associated with international shipments, there is a minimum $75 order. An additional hazardous material fee will be incurred as set forth by the international freight lines’ regulations. You may choose to expedite your order by air. All rates are variable and estimates given with each individual order. With the exception of Hawaii and Alaska, shipping costs are billed directly to you by the carrier.

  • Duties, taxes, VAT, and import costs are not included in the cost of delivery. These fees are set and charged to you by the country of destination, based on the shipment value and class of goods. These costs are billed directly to you by the carrier.

  • Due to recent changes in Russian customs laws and regulations, we no longer ship products to Russia. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us for more information.

  • Will call service is available at our distribution center at the address below. Please allow 3 hours for us to process your order and have it ready for you.

Shipping Rules & Policies:

  • US Customers: The BSR Superstore will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.

  • International Customers: shipments will be made to your home, or to a USA residence address.

  • We cannot ship to any of these locations: hotels, motels and resorts.

  • We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.

  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Please be aware that shipments via FedEx are significantly faster, are easily traced should they go astray, and have a guaranteed delivery time. Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take much longer to reach their destination and cannot be tracked.

Return & Exchange policy

Not what you were looking for? Receive an item in error? Order the wrong item?

Battleship Rain Products LLC guarantees 100% satisfaction on orders except listed items below*. This is to ensure sanitation safety for all customers or adhere to the manufacturer’s return policy. If there is a problem with your order or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund, a credit on your account or an exchange for another item of the same price. We will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Please note: Shortage, discrepancy or damage in a shipment must be reported within 3 business days. Please do not discard any boxes or wrapping supplies until the issue is resolved.

To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to properly pack, ship and insure the contents of all returned packages using a traceable ground shipping method (we recommend FedEx or the US Postal Service insured mail) to:

  • All returns must be authorized to be returned. To obtain a Return Authorization Number click here and complete the form or call our Customer Service at 248-938-2443

  • We will refuse and reject all returned packages if there is no Return Authorization Number marked outside of the box.

​

  • Product(s) should be:​​

    • Received in sellable condition.

  • In good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories and the UPC Code on the exterior, and

  • Returned within 30 days from shipping date,

  • Shipping charges are refunded only when the wrong product was shipped or product was defective upon arrival.

​

  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box and on a copy of the original packing slip which should be packed inside the box.

​

  • All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.

​

  • All free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.

​

  • When buy in case, but return less than case quantity, the refund price will be calculated using next higher price level.

​

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to make claims with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to Battle Rain Products LLC.

  • All authorized returned items are subject to restocking fee.

​

  • No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders; these are considered final sales.

​

  • Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.

  • We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.

  • DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO Battleship Rain Products LLC BY AIR MAIL - The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., Demert nail dryer) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals (e.g., acrylic nail liquid, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. All of these products must be returned via a ground shipping service.

If you return products to the Battleship Rain Products, you can check your order status online through Your Account at any time to see if we've received and processed it. You can call us at 248-938-2443 from 9:00AM – 5:30PM EST Mon-Fri except national holidays. Be sure have your order number available when you call.
